Introduction:

Two-Roll Mill Model ML-D6L13-INV-2M: is the machine for standard practice for rubber: equipment for mixing standard compounds and preparing standard vulcanized sheets (see ISO 2393, ASTM D3182) and standard test methods for rubber from natural sources (see ISO 2930, RRIM, ASTM D926, D1278, D1485, D1646, D2227, D3157, D3194, and D3533 for references).

Two-Roll Mill Model ML-D6L13-INV-2M: consists of two rolls 150 mm in diameter and 330 mm in length. The mill equipped with adjustable retaining guides, with a maximum distance between the guides at the nip of 300 mm. The maximum speed of front roll and rear roll are 40 rpm and 40 rpm, respectively, with adjustable speed ratio. The clearance between rolls (nip) can be adjustable from 0.1 to 20.0 mm. There are a safety guard and safety bars to prevent the injury of user.
